Commissioned by agnès b. to celebrate the opening of their Shibuya flagship store. This was the first large-scale installation of Costello’s series exploring formal representations. The installation is both muscular and gestural. The forms are comparable to traditional shapes and are simple and classic, but do not strive to be perfect.
